At BBP Sport, we take pride in providing high-quality custom products and digital resources. Because many of our products are custom-made or delivered digitally, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:


  • Custom apparel or team gear

  • Personalized products

  • Digital downloads

  • Training programs

  • Memberships

  • Gift cards

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Issues

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe there is an issue with your order due to:


  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

  • Printing errors

  • Damaged items during shipping

  • Missing items

please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will review every request individually and work with you to find a fair resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.

Custom Products

Because custom products are created specifically for your team or organization, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, sizing, spelling, colors, and order details before final approval.

BBP Sport is not responsible for errors that were approved during the proofing process.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final once purchased or downloaded.

This includes:


  • Training programs

  • Digital guides

  • PDFs

  • Downloadable resources

  • Templates

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has started.

Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
